Wandsworth Mediation Service
Service features
Wandsworth Mediation Service was founded in 2004.
Our team of 58 volunteers includes mediators who are trained and experienced in neighbour, inter-generational, child contact and workplace mediation. We have strong links with the local Citizens’ Advice Bureau and the Ministry of Justice, and we work closely with statutory agencies in the boroughs of Wandsworth and Richmond upon Thames.
We deliver training courses to promote community cohesion, dialogue and conflict resolution for
• Wandsworth Prison
• Local schools and colleges
• Housing and tenancy officers at Richmond Council, Wandsworth Council and local housing associations
• Local residential communities in and around the borough of Wandsworth.
We are also partnering with the Battersea Power Station Foundation to train members of new and emerging local communities in and around Battersea to help resolve intra-family and residential disputes.
