Ealing Mediation Service has a team of more than 25 mediators and has been working in partnership with Ealing borough Council to deliver community mediation services across the whole of Ealing borough for more than 20 years.  We also offer mediation services in the neighbouring boroughs of Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow.

 

We tailor our services to suit our clients’ needs and can provide community mediation through a combination of single-party and joint meetings, by ‘shuttle’ mediation, or by adopting an 'all-in' approach.

• Solution-Orientated Conversations - a form of one-to-one conflict coaching

• Facilitating and providing training for peer mediation in schools and colleges

• Facilitating restorative justice sessions

• Mediating within the workplace

• Providing training for community mediators and for referring organisations
